2:00 PM – Beginning arrival of members

2:00 to 6:00 PM - Hospitality Room Open – Room 258

6:00 PM (Approx.) Dinner on your own. Restaurant brochures will be available in Hospitality Room. Visit downtown Newport area.

8:00 to 11:59 PM - Hospitality Room Open – Room 258

Friday, September 28, 2007

6:00 AM - Breakfast opens – Ticket required

8:00 AM – *Hospitality Room Open – Room 258. See brochures for Saturday activities on your own.

8:30 AM – Bus leaves from the main entrance of the hotel for Battleship Cove, Fall River, MA – Ticket required

12:00 PM – Lunch at Battleship Cove

1:30 PM – Bus leaves for return to Hotel. Arrives approximately 2:15 PM

4:30 PM – Bus leaves from the main entrance of the hotel for the Foxwoods Resort and Casino – Ticket Required.  This is an approximate 50 minute trip. All those attending will receive a complimentary package from the Foxwoods Casino consisting of food and gambling coupons.

10:30 PM (Sharp) – Bus leaves for return to Hotel (approximate return time 11:30 PM)
 *The Hospitality Room will remain open and will be staffed by a Committee member for those reunion attendees not going on organized trips and those arriving on Friday.

6:00 AM – Breakfast opens – Ticket required

8:00 AM Hospitality Room Open – Room 258 (see Friday note above)
There are NO organized trips today – Open shopping, touring, sailing etc. in Downtown Newport. Brochures will be available in Hospitality Room.

9:00 to 10:00 AM – Officers Organizational Meeting - Location -Conference Room – 2nd Floor (opposite elevator) This meeting is also open to any member for informational purposes only. It does NOT replace the Bi-Annual Business Meeting.

3:00 to NLT 5:00 PM – Members 11th Bi-Annual Business Meeting – Location – Conference Room 2nd Floor (opposite elevator)

5:00 PM The MAA closes the Hospitality Room.

5:59 PM Association Group Photo (and any others requested) Location – Outside Deck accessed from the Conference Room 2nd Floor (opposite elevator) (Rain Location - )

6:00 PM Banquet (see separate schedule) Ticket and raffle ticket required. The Banquet Room is accessed through the dining area on the ground floor.

10:30 PM (approximate) Hospitality Room Re-opens – Room 258

Members departing for home – safe travel to all – see you in 2009
