The Hospitality Room is located on the second floor, in the Osceola/Dupont/Desoto
Rooms. It will be open today from noon to midnight.
Friday 9-23-05
The American Grill opens at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast.
Your ticket for breakfast is in your packet and you must keep this ticket for
all your breakfasts. Do not turn this ticket in at the Grill.
The Hospitality Room will be open today from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.
9:00 a.m.
Leave for Mayport Naval Base. Don’t forget your tour tickets, you must have
this ticket to get on the bus. You must be on the bus and have a picture ID to
accompany our group on this tour. After the Base tour we will tour Fort Caroline
and will return to the hotel around 3:30.
5:30 p.m.
Leave for the Alhambra Dinner Theater. We will return around 10:30. Don’t
forget your TICKET!!
Saturday The American Grill opens at 6:30 a.m. Don’t forget your breakfast
ticket and DO NOT turn this ticket in as you will need it for Sunday breakfast.
9:00 a.m.
The tour for St. Augustine will leave the hotel . Don’t forget your tickets.
Return around 3:00 in time for the Business Meeting.
3:30 p.m.
The business meeting for the U.S.S. Fiske shipmates will start at 3:30 in the St. John’s Room on the first floor.
3:30 p.m.
For the ladies, also at 3:30, in the Hospitality Room, Noreen Young,
nationally known beauty expert, will speak about skin care. There will be a
’goody bag’ for all. And more surprises. You don’t want to miss hearing this
very special lady.
5:59 p.m.
Please be at the pool area at 5:59 for picture taking. There will be pictures of the entire membership. Smaller groups of men, and couples will also have an opportunity for pictures to be taken. Orders will be taken at this time by the photographer. Immediately following pictures a cash bar will be open inside the Banquet Room.
7:00 p.m.
The banquet will be held in the Duval BCDE Ballroom on the first floor
beginning at 7:00 p.m. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR DINNER TICKETS AND THE SMALL
TICKET FOR THE DRAWINGS. Pick up your name place cards inside the banquet room
after the picture sessions are completed. Hospitality Room will reopen after the
banquet.
Sunday
The American grill opens at 6;30 for breakfast. Your ticket is now
expired after this meal. The
Hospitality Room will be open from 8:00 a.m. to noon today. We hope you have
enjoyed the reunion, and have a safe trip home.
