The Hospitality Room is located on the second floor, in the Dupont/Desoto
Rooms. It will be open today from noon to midnight.
The American Grill opens at 6:30 am for breakfast. Don’t forget to take
your breakfast tickets.
The Hospitality Room will be open today, from 8:00 am to midnight.
Due to the catastrophic events on September 11, 2001, Mayport Naval Base
is on a high level of security and has cancelled all tours. Instead, we
will be going to Amelia Island and Femandina Beach.
The city tour will leave at 8:00 am and return approximately 4:30 pm.
The busses will stop at the Jacksonville Landing, and anyone who wants
to get off there will be given complimentary vouchers for the water taxi
back to the hotel.
The Lady St. Johns will pick up those going on the dinner cruise at 6:00
pm at the Riverwalk Dock, and return there at 9:30 pm. For those not
going on the dinner cruise, there are many restaurants convenient to the
hotel.
The American Grill opens at 6:30 am for breakfast. Don’t forget your
breakfast tickets.
The Hospitality Room opens at 8:00 am. It will be closed today from 4:30
pm to 10:00 pm for Business Meeting, pictures, and the banquet. I will
re-open until midnight.
The St. Augustine Tour will leave at 8:00 am returning to the hotel at
approximately 3:00 pm.
The business meeting for all USS Fiske shipmates will start at 3:30
pm in the St. John’s room on the first floor.
For the ladies, also at 3:30 pm, in the Hospitality Room, Noreen Young,
nationally known beauty expert, will speak about skin care, with one
lucky lady receiving a “Make-over.” There will be “goody bags” for all.
AND more surprises. You don’t want to miss hearing this very special
lady.
Please be at the pool area at 5:59 pm for picture taking. There will be
pictures of the entire membership. Smaller groups of men, and couples.
Orders will be taken at this time by the photographer.
A cash bar will be open inside the Banquet Room.
The banquet will be held in the Duval Ballroom on the first floor
beginning at 7:00 pm. Remember to bring your dinner tickets and small
ticket for drawings. Pick up your name place cards outside the banquet
room.
The Hospitality Room will reopen after the banquet.

The Hospitality Room will be open today from 8:00 am until noon.
